Is there an interview process?
Yes, every new member participates in a 15-minute screening. This isn't a competency interview, but rather a brief chat to ensure your objectives and values align well with the group's goals and community spirit.
How do you ensure intellectual property isn't stolen?
To safeguard intellectual property, we have a clear membership policy. At the end of our application form, every member is required to sign with their initials, committing to uphold the rules of the group and protect shared information.
Why I started Elevation Hub...
Pete Dali
As a small service business owner, I found that working alone can quietly hold you back. It’s easy to get stuck in your own head, miss growth opportunities, and carry all the weight without support. Over time, I realized that isolation isn’t just lonely—it’s risky.
In trying to grow, I joined networking groups and online business communities—but many of them felt exclusive, cliquey, or centered only around e-commerce and flashy success. I didn’t need these types of influences. I needed real connection, accountability, and people who genuinely wanted to grow—with me, not above me.
