Elevation Hub Collaboration Agreement
Effective Date: 4/23/2025
Parties Involved: Members of the Elevation Hub

1. Purpose
This agreement outlines the terms under which members of the community collaborate,
contribute ideas, and protect intellectual property while fostering professional growth
and business development.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All discussions, shared strategies, and proprietary information exchanged within the
community are confidential. Members agree not to disclose, copy, or distribute any
proprietary ideas, trade secrets, or business concepts outside the Group without explicit
written consent from the originator.

3. Ownership of Contributions
Each member retains ownership of their respective contributions. If a collaborative idea
leads to a joint venture, startup, or commercial opportunity, ownership and profit-sharing
must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before execution.

4. Non-Compete & Ethical Conduct
Members agree not to use shared ideas to directly compete against fellow contributors
without mutual consent. Ethical collaboration and integrity are expected in all
engagements.

5. Attribution & Usage Rights
Contributions made to the community can be utilized for collective benefit, provided proper
credit is given to the contributor. If a member wishes to leverage another’s idea for
commercial gain, prior written consent is required.

6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding contributions, ownership, or usage, members agree
to engage in mediation before pursuing legal action.

7. Termination & Modifications
This agreement remains in effect as long as the member is active within the community. Any
modifications require written approval from all participating members.

8. Exclusion of Political Discussions and Agendas
To maintain a focused and productive environment centered on entrepreneurship and professional development, the community strictly prohibits the discussion of partisan politics or the promotion of any political agenda during community meetings, events, or online platforms. Members are expected to refrain from introducing political topics that could be divisive or detract from the community's core objectives. Any violation of this clause, may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the community at the discretion of the partners.

By participating in the Elevation Hub community, all members acknowledge and agree to abide by the
terms outlined above.
